Merry Christmas

Christas WAS coming. NOW it’s here.

Hey everyone and welcome!

Christmas is finally here and I hope all your decorations are up, presents under the tree and food stacked in the fridge for the big dinner: a Christmas celebration of love, joy, peace, family and the day of the birth of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.

Jesus is the reason for the season!!

I know it’s probably not the literal day Jesus was born. We don’t know for sure the literal day. But, as our Savior, we all should celebrate him every day, some quietly, while some more loudly. But this is the one day that basically the whole world stops and celebrates the night of Jesus’s birth. That night was the beginning of the most wonderful event in history. And that event was Jesus, who as a grown man, went willingly to the cross to die for our sins.

That night, the night of his birth the celebration began. That celebration continued to the cross, and then beyond until present, modern day.

So, let’s all celebrate Jesus together with love, gifts and lights! For he is the greatest gift ever given to mankind. He is the greatest love. And he is the light of the world.

I want everyone to have a merry, happy and blessed Christmas. And I pray you do.
