If you feel as if you are in God's pressure pot of responsibility, suffering, even in physical pain, know this: The bottom line in your pot is three things, and learning who and what you will have to deal with the most for the Lord to hit the pressure valve and begin to let off the pressure.
Now when I say discipline, I don’t mean beating your children half to death, which is abuse. I mean discipline in the form of adult leadership, adult guidance, adult supervision, and adult behavior. Yes, my parents and grandparents practiced what they preached. So I was raised in the pressure pot of responsibility. It was hard sometimes. Iron sharpens iron. My parents were iron, and they sharpened us, the tools in their "shed of life." As their parents did before them and theirs before them, and so on and so on.
Our great American past times; baseball (NBL), football (NFL), racing (NASCAR), and...BOYCOTT? WHAAAT? Why are we boycotting ourselves? Should we or shouldn’t we? Well, as a devout non-sports-competition-of-any-kind person, I think...ah...maybe...we should NOT!!! And here’s why....
"Anything God can do, I can do better! I can do everything better than Him!" I ask you, "Can you imagine Satan, the devil formerly named Lucifer, the 'dawn bringer,' chanting this as his mantra, his logo of propaganda, his lies, trying with his fake powers to get people to believe he is more powerful than God?" "Well...I can believe he would do this. He is the devil, the liar, and original sinner," you tell me. "Okay, then," I reply, "welcome to the third chapter in this series entitled: Dispensations, Divisions, and the Kingdom of God III.
"Well...in this dispensation of time, Satan, the Devil formerly known as Lucifer, and his iniquitous self, let loose his anger, hostilities, hatred, and cruel lust for power on the earth where he had been thrown down. If he couldn't become God over The Kingdom of God, he planned to become god over these puny, sin infested humans. After all, he did snatch them from God's hand and from the Garden of Eden. As he laughs diabolically, he feels pride once again in causing the downfall of God's newest creations, as he did part of the angels. Wha ha ha!
"To understand this first dispensation of time and divide, we--you and me--have to get Biblical, go way back before the time-spin of the earth later on. We have to loosen our minds from the boundaries of our flesh and think spiritual since God is a spirit and so are His angels, neither of which are confined, have to bow down to, or are limited by our earth-bound minds. So now that we are thinking spiritual, seeing spiritual, lets imagine...
So, you may be wondering why I'm writing an inspirational, spiritual blog about prepping, food, virgins, and sickness, well, here goes...
It was a cool, star-lit night; shadows on the ground. We were unaware of impending danger. Opie went outside for his last "anointed" walk around the yard. A battle ensued that we were unaware of. Opie... We couldn't find him. Where was he?
That night I tripped over my own throw-down gauntlet to God and began to stumble headlong into an ocean of power I never knew existed.
